NOOR

Gaza Orphan Care Programme

Because every child deserves to smile.

NOOR is a nation long-term initiative launched by Taawon in partnership with the Bank of Palestine Group to support 20,000 children who have lost one or both parents during the assault on Gaza. Spanning 18 years with an estimated budget of $377 million, the programme provides holistic care, covering education, healthcare, psychosocial support, and social protection.

NOOR goes well beyond just a response to a crisis; it is a lasting commitment to safeguarding the dignity of Gaza's orphaned children and helping them to rebuild their futures.
