This weekend in london: an iftar to remember

Psychotherapist Selma Zaki is this weekend hosting a fundraising iftar at Palm2 Deli London in collaboration with Khayo by Toum & Tahini, Juma Kitchen, The Bunhead Bakery, and Koee. Funds raised will go to Taawon UK in support of the NOOR Gaza orphan care programme.

At Taawon, we’re all about collaboration. It’s baked into the name 😉

The work we do and the care and support we offer over 20,000 orphans in Gaza, simply couldn’t happen without the kind and collaborative efforts of many individuals and organisations determined to nurture Palestine.

Every individual who makes a donation – be it enough to buy a blanket or build a school – has a positive impact on a child orphaned by warmongers.

Every grassroots and international organisation we partner with to secure and deliver provisions and services offers a unique quality to a nurturing holistic programme of care.

Every person who raises funds by running a marathon, baking a cake, or knocking on doors, is helping raise essential funds to secure and sustain the caring support of children and expand the reach of the grassroots initiative.
